Theo kế hoạch phát triển của dự án, kể từ ngày 01/01/2026, The Minato Residence sẽ chính thức đóng bảng hàng hiện tại để triển khai lộ trình điều chỉnh giá mới.

Quyết định này được ban hành trên cơ sở dự án đã từng bước hoàn thiện, hệ thống tiện ích được đưa vào vận hành ổn định, cộng đồng cư dân hình thành rõ nét và các tiêu chuẩn quản lý, vận hành theo chuẩn Nhật Bản đang được duy trì nhất quán.
Theo đó, các giao dịch hoàn tất trước ngày 31/12/2025 sẽ tiếp tục được áp dụng mặt bằng giá và chính sách bán hàng hiện hành. Từ 01/01/2026, các sản phẩm mở bán sẽ được áp dụng mức giá mới theo lộ trình đã phê duyệt.
Chủ đầu tư trân trọng thông báo để Quý khách hàng chủ động kế hoạch tài chính và thời điểm lựa chọn phù hợp.
Thông báo này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký.

Official Notice: Sales Gallery Closure and Pricing Strategy Adjustment for The Minato Residence
The Developer of The Minato Residence respectfully announces:
According to the project development plan, effective from January 1, 2026, The Minato Residence will officially close the current sales list in order to implement a new price adjustment roadmap.
This decision is issued based on the fact that the project has been gradually completed, the amenities system has been put into stable operation, the residential community has been clearly formed, and Japanese-standard management and operational practices are being consistently maintained.
Accordingly, transactions completed before December 31, 2025 will continue to be applied under the current price framework and sales policies. From January 1, 2026, newly launched units will be applied with new prices in accordance with the approved roadmap.
The Developer respectfully announces this information so that customers may proactively plan their finances and select an appropriate time for purchase.
This announcement takes effect from the date of signing.
